Since 2024, ANAF requires all B2B and some B2C invoices to go through the e-Factura system. Our system prepares each booking's invoice in the right format. The submission to SPV itself goes through your own invoicing provider (Smartbill or Oblio), which we connect together at launch — the account stays in your company's name, as ANAF requires.

Yes. Calendar sync with Booking and Airbnb is an optional extra, configured separately, because it depends on your accounts. The sync runs over iCal at regular intervals — it cuts the risk of overlaps considerably, but it doesn't remove it entirely, so we explain how it behaves before we switch it on.

Two weeks is what we aim for, and we agree the plan with you before we start. If something needs to shift, you hear it early — never at the deadline.

Yes — you can build a site with AI in an afternoon, and it will look good. The question is what happens in month three: when e-Factura changes, when the payment processor asks for new documents, when the calendar stops syncing with Booking, and when whoever built it no longer answers. The hard part isn't making it look good. It's making it still work two years in. That part is what we do.

The site is yours — the content, the domain and the data belong to you. The subscription covers the part that doesn't stand still: hosting, security updates, e-Factura when ANAF changes the rules, and the monthly changes. If you leave, we help you move; we don't get in your way.

The domain is registered to your company, and we renew it out of the subscription for as long as we work together. Email on the domain is set up at launch. We prepare the legal pages (GDPR, cookies, terms) on our standard structure; the parts specific to your business you confirm. Rooms, rates and availability we enter at launch, after which you manage them from the dashboard — or we update them for you, as an included change.

Regular support runs Mon–Fri, answered within 24h. At weekends we look at whatever blocks bookings or payments — the things costing you money right then. The rest queues for Monday. We would rather tell you that up front than promise round-the-clock and not keep it.
