An event website with online entries. Delivered in 14 days.
For rally, contest and sports-event organisers. Prices published.

Entries happen everywhere except on the event's own site.
We went through dozens of Romanian event sites before building our first one. The same workarounds come back everywhere — as true of a local race as of one with hundreds of entrants.
- The entry list lives in a public Google Spreadsheet that anyone can open.
- The registration link points straight at a raw forms.gle form, unconnected to the site.
- Entrants email proof of payment for manual validation.
- Payment is by bank transfer with a mandated payment-reference format, or cash on the day.
None of this happens out of laziness. It is what's left when the website can do nothing but present.
Entries come in by themselves. You run the event.
A site that doesn't just announce the competition but administers it — from the first entry to the export for the timing company.

A list that fills itself
The entrant enters their details once. The list updates in real time, with no copy-pasting out of emails.
Automatic confirmations
Every entry gets its confirmation email a second later. No more "did my entry arrive?" messages.
Categories and classes
Vehicle classes, age categories, start groups — defined by you, chosen by the entrant at sign-up.
Crews and teams
Driver and co-driver, multi-member teams, vehicle details — properly structured, not dumped in a free-text field.
Export for timing
The full list, in the format the timing company asks for, downloaded in one click.
Online payment
Entry fees collected online with automatic confirmation. No payment receipts sent over email.
A FIVA rally that took its entries over email.
Carpathian Classic had a static site and a contact form. It now has complete online entries.

What maintenance does.
With maintenance, we prepare the next edition for you: new dates, categories, fees, regulations, entries open. Without it you do it yourself — you have full access, it is your site — or you order it separately, from €140.

What the package does not include:
- Timing and results on the day of the event
- The copy, the regulations and the photos — they come from you; if you don't have them, we produce them for a fee
- Payment processor fees
- Paid advertising and social media management
- Preparing the next edition if you drop maintenance — from €140 separately
