Where do our documents go?

They stay in your folders. The index and the AI run on our servers in the EU or on your own hardware. Nothing reaches ChatGPT, Gemini or any other external AI service, and your documents are not used to train any model. We sign a data processing agreement.

Permissions follow the folders. Someone in accounting won't see personnel files unless they can open them today.

Can it run in our own cloud or on our own servers?

Yes. You pay your provider or your hardware directly; you pay us only the service fee.

How long until it works?

2–3 weeks from signing: installation, indexing, checking OCR on your scans, permissions, and a test on your own questions.

What happens if we stop?

You keep your documents and the index is deleted. We keep none of your data.
